Once enrolled, our technicians will place a button on your desktop which you can click at any time, from 9am to 7pm Monday – Saturday, to get help with any issues you are experiencing, or answers to any questions you have.

This new, seamless process means that any time you have a question or problem, chatting with a Tech and getting it fixed is just a click away!
* This covers any services that can be performed remotely, including virus removals and tune ups. If your computer won’t get online and a tech has to come out, you get a steep discount on any field services we do as well! Some restrictions apply.
